WaveLab Pro 13 won't start. Bad Image Error

I have a problem starting WaveLab Pro 13.
It pops up with Bad Image Error. (Program C:\Program Files\Steinberg\WaveLab13\wavpackdll.dll is not intended to run on Windows or contains an error)

I reinstalled the whole WaveLab but it still won’t start and gives me this error.

It even gives me the same error when I try to run Cubase 15 but not Nuendo.
Nuendo seems to run fine.

Perhaps check that you don’t have a virus, or that the file has not somehow become corrupted?

Did this happen overnight?

Last time I used WL was last week and it worked fine.

Interestingly it works fine after PC restart, although I worry that it will happen again.

Computers need restarting occasionally.

Daily shutdown is different, just perform a restart once a week: this command forces the computer to completely clear its memory and turn every process off and on again.

Also if you’re on Windows disable fast boot.
