Wavelab13 loading blocked by Wavelab Go

I re-installed W13

and clicking the icon brings up Wavelab Go. I cannot get to W13.

I was previously using W13 and it kept crashing while rendering timeline.

Check the Steinberg activation manager. If you say WaveLab GO it means WaveLab Pro is not activated.

It does not say WavelabGO in the activation manager, it says activated.

When icon clicked it starts to load WL13 it get as far as License Granted and then ends it loading. But at least it dos no load GO.

I still cannot load WL13.

So you mean you cannot load WaveLab Pro? But why did you speak about WaveLab Go before?

Try disabling the preferences (rename the folder)
Windows:
C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab Pro 13\

Mac:
/Users/YourName/Library/Preferences/WaveLab Pro 13/

second day trying yo get into WL Pro 13 no luck renaming folder.

Should I start all over loading and activating the program? I tried once and it got around loading WavelabGo. but I can only get the Loading box that never loads past License Granted

Some screenshots (not phone photos) of what you’re seeing could help people help you solve the issue.

If it were me, I’d install the latest version of the Steinberg Activation Manager and make sure it’s logged in and showing WaveLab Pro as being active.

I reinstalled Activation Manager. Still it will not finish loading WL13

Did you try disabling the preferences, as suggested?
What operating system?
Are you using WaveLab 13.0.20 or 13.0.30 ?

I am using WL 13.0.30 on Windows 10 Pro
Version22H2 OS Build 19045.6466.

I tried to rename the Preference folder and it made no difference but it did stop the loading of WL GO. It will not go beyond the loading logo Wavelab Pro 13 License Granted. Then it gives up and nothing.

I have re installed and re Activated. No change.
