Waves L3-LL on Send. Bad Comb Filtering

I like waves L3-LL in ultra analog mode on drums. Tried using it as parallel compression on drum bus in cubase but it’s phasing i guess due to latency and creates bad comb filtering.

How can I use this L3-LL on a send without this comb filtering going on ???

Hi,

you could try to route everything except your parallel Drumbus through another Bus with another L3-LL with same settings (crossover frequency etc.), but set threshold so high, that it doesn’t attenuate. That way any look ahead/time-correct-for-linearphase-compensation-issues get applied to the non parallel-Drumbus as well.
