Waves licenses on a Steinberg USB elicenser?

Am just wondering if this is possible?
Can Waves licenses live on a Steinberg dongle? If so, can they be moved and added to, etc?
Will I have to use 2 dongles if wanting to use Waves plugins with my Steinberg software?

Of course it’s really a nuisance having to carry 3 usb keys to use Steinberg plugins + waves + Aria …
But did it take so long to put some memory on these blessed keys? at least you could eliminate the one needed for waves plugins !!!
