Greetings.Error pops up when trying to reactivate
WaveShell1-VST3 12.10 referring to microsoft visual c++ .
Waves Central is the latest.

Then Cubase blocklisted correctly. The plug-in didn’t pass Cubase tests. As we can see, if you force Cubase to use it, it crashes (therefore it was blocklisted, to avoid the crash).

Please, get in contact with the plug-in vendor.

Solved the problem by changing the Windows LTSB distribution to Pro
