Could we draw wavy lines and wiggly lines with variable heights?

Yes, if you have suitable font characters, you can do this using the Engrave > Repeatable Symbols dialog, and then create horizontal and vertical lines that use those repeatable symbols. Refer to the Dorico 3.5 Version History for detailed information about how to use the various line editors introduced in Dorico 3.5.
