Way to Export and Import keybindings and layouts

Could we please have some way to archive settings and then import them later?

Is saving prefs not enough?

As I understand it, SLP12 is the first version with functionality to port prefs files to future SL versions. So, SL11 and before can’t port user prefs, but from Sl12 on should be possible

I think it needs to be an option to export to keybindings and tool presets and a custom layout. I keep having to rebuild the prefs every time I toast them for an upgrade or fresh install.
