Weird behavior in "allow window to be resized"

Sometime ago an option to resize legacy plugins was added to Cubase. I have couple of legacy apps like Vacuum pro. When I enable the said option, the window automatically enlarges, but I can’t resize it more. There are no handles. I’d swear it used to work before. (I’m on 15.0.30, Windows 10)

Also if you accidentally click and move right mouse button on the bar above the plugin draw area (where my pointer on the screenshot below is) you get all kinds of funky visual effects. Check in another plugin and it’s the same.

How’s it working for you? I’d swear this worked OK in previous versions.

I am not aware of such a feature. Stock plugins received a scaling ability but resizing for 3rd party plugins…?
Can you show this feature?

Sorry, but this was never a feature in Cubase: “Allow window to be resized” merely upscales Hi-DPI unaware plugins so they are the correct size, instead of being super small.
It cannot resize to discrete values with handles. That needs to be implemented on the plugin side.
