What are the .CSH files, every time I save my project?

Just wondering . . . every time I save my current project, when I close Cubase, it spits out a .CSH file in the root directory . . . so, does this stand for cache or crash ? Many times when opening Cubase, I get a message about it not previously shutting down properly, with choices about how to open . . .

I’m thinking it’s an error regarding the fact I am still using some verboten VST2 plugs, but wonder if anyone else is getting this situation as well ? Maybe something else on my system set up ?

From the dark ages…

I wouldn’t worry. I delete them when I’ve “finished” a project.

OK, so not related to my corrupted project issues, good to know
