What Happen To The Internal Built In Audio Recording???

I use a Macbook Pro…before i upgrade with Cubase 5 i could use the internal built in audio to record vocal references on the go…but every since I installed Cubase 6 that option is lost even with my cubase 5 its lost now as well…what in the world happen…now i have to use Logic or GarageBand for quick vocal references…have anybody seen this??

I too cannot get that option to function.

BTW
I use ‘QuickTime’ for fast on-the-go audio ideas.
