My Lanes symbol has disappeared, which means I can’t open or close the lanes, which makes editing impossible.
Is this a bug or simply a box I have not ticked? ie new behaviour?

please, right click in your track header to open the dialog window. Now, you can customize the track’s displayed icons for each type.
If you want to save it as a preset: the preset saves the appearance for all track types at once.
A FYI: If you click on the preset “Standard” the Lanes icon will be included as a default.

Thank you very much. seems obvious now, but I just assumed 15 would pick up all my preferences.

It does for most parts. But it might as well be that this is an area where it doesn’t due to the new volume and panner icons available now. I’ve noticed something similar with regard to Control Room presets and Profiles. In this case, they changed not only the path but also the file type. As a result, importing a Profile.srf was partly compromised. Not a biggie, it’s surely manageable.

Not sure what I think about C15,as it seems more like a .5 update. But then I don’t use a lot of bells and whistles.
