What is it with the preset Pulse Super Dealy?

Am I going nuts? Everytime I have the preset Pulse Super Dealy from the Hypnotic Dance library in the slot rack the next time I open the Cubase project the Halion 4 slot rack will be empty.

I can save/open a Cubase project with numerous presets loaded in the slot rack until I add Pulse Super Dealy. Then the next time I open the project the slot rack will be empty. I would appreciate if someone with the Hypnotic Dance library could test this and verify that…I’m insane.

I’m on Cubase 6.0.5, Halion 4.5.1
