What is WaveLab LE Bundled with? Specific Brands?

Just curious, is there a list of manufacturers who bundle WaveLab LE with their hardware. I have a friend who is looing for a basic 2x2 USB 2.0 interface, and she’d be into using the Steinberg application. Anyone know of such a list?
