I have an issue where certain plugins need a “warmup period” in WL 11. Does not happen in other DAWS. So to circumvent this behaviour, I was waiting for WL to fix this.
In WL 12, however, one thing happens which even makes this previous problem moot: In some clips, montages made in WL 11, WL 12 creates volume envelopes which are not what I want at all.
What is happening?
At this point, I cannot use WL 12. This has to be a bug. Anybody?
what kind of a reply is this? This was correct in WL 11. Disabling this is NOT correct. Enabling it in WL 12 produces wrong result.
I think you enabled envelope smoothing or maybe you need to delete one point and add another point before you fade out.

@Marker is right. In your pictures, WaveLab 11 appears to have envelope smoothing OFF and WaveLab 12 envelope smoothing ON. All I see is apparently normal.

Yes! You are absolutely right. I did not even check whether this has been changed when opening the project in WL12. I did not expect WL12 to change anything from the WL11 version, but now that you pointed this out, I am very happy. As long as it was not a bug, all is well. Thank you very much!
