What older versions of Cubase can I open with a soft-elicenser?

Can I use my Soft-Elicenser for Cubase 11 Elements to open up Cubase 10 Elements?

If so, how about for something like Cubase SL3? …which, despite, being a stripped down version of Cubase SX3 is not actually Elements… But Elements wasn’t a thing back then.

bump. I’m trying to avoid using my dongle for this.

You can open 10 elements…Pretty sure SL required a dongle. It was more like the equivalent of Artist, there was an SE as well…but I have a feeling even that required the dongle…not 100%.

OK…likely not relevant as Steinberg seem to be saying you need at least Artist or Pro license to open any of them?
In general, Cubase AI, Cubase LE, Cubase Essential and Cubase Elements licenses
cannot be used with Cubase SE, Cubase SL and Cubase SX!

Thanks. That’s what I suspected. But I didn’t know if you could use an earlier version of Cubase Elements with just a soft-elicense.
