When Backingup, Dorio consitently requires a gohst disk

Dorico consistently displays an alarm “No such file or directory Error creating zip file: /Volumes/disk1/DORICO backup/薔薇色のメヌエット.dorico”. This disk is a crashed one and was already removed.
At present, the backup volume is set to another one as Preference.

Can you do Help > Create Diagnostic Report and attach the resulting zip file to a reply here so we can take a detailed look at your settings?

Here is the Diagnostic Report.

/Users/masaoiikura/Desktop/Dorico Diagnostics.zip

That’s a link to a path on your computer. You need to attach the actual file to your post.

pianoleo;
Sorry, here is.

Dorico Diagnostics.zip

That’s just the name of the file, as text.
Click “Full Editor & Preview”, then when that page loads click the “Attachments” tab under the “Topic review” box, then click “Add files” and add your file.

Thanks, pianoleo

Thanks for attaching the diagnostics, Masao-san. I think your best bet would be to quit Dorico, then delete the preferences.xml file from /Users/masaoiikura/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Dorico 3 and restart Dorico, which will allow it to reset all the preferences back to the factory settings.

Daniel;
Danke shöne, das Probleme gehnt!
