I believe there is a small glitch in Dorico 6: when exporting transparent PNGs, rehearsal markings are not made transparent. If there is a way to also get the rehearsal marks transparent, please let me know, if not, I hope you are able to add this in an update sometime!

One way to obtain transparent rehearsal marks (with enclosure), when exporting PNG slices, is to deactivate the enclosure in Engraving Options, and instead activate the border (with appropriate padding) in the Rehersal Marks Paragraph Style.

Edit: I found a better way:
leaving the Engraving option enclosure for RM, go in the RM Paragraph Style and set the Opacity/Alpha for the background color to 0%.
Result (RM with enclosure and Opacity of PS to 0%):
