When i start cubase crashes with "C/Windows/System32/ntdII.dII

i have a new laptop ,have all loaded down and everytime cubase crashes with this notice.when i try to load cubase again with the download assistent it says “the installation is broken up because of a mistake.the installer has landed in the known chapter.with doubleklick you can start” i have checked all installers.nothing happened
