When inputting notes, shift-opt (Mac) for a higher B doesn't work

When I’m entering notes, if I’m trying to enter a “forced” higher B (with or without accidental), the shift-opt (Mac) keystroke doesn’t work. Nothing appears to happen. Using this with any other pitch works as expected, inputting a note higher than the previous.

Any idea what might be wrong?

This is a known limitation, I’m afraid –

So is it being worked on? Or do I just need to get over it?

It’s for the people at Qt to fix, rather than the people at Dorico. It’s been a known limitation since (presumably before) Dorico v1.0 was released, over five years ago, so you should probably get over it.
