when I’m recording I’m still getting an error message which says Audio interruption
due to usb error is detected i have turned off all power management on the USB hub can anybody tell me why I’m still getting this, im using UR22C and windows 11
How is the UR22C powered ?
As much as possible, I would avoid the use of an USB hub when an audio interface is involved. Another thing to consider is the USB connector used on the system itself.
Its powered by the USB
Should i use the 5v dc to power the UR22C?

if you have it then use it. The power supply might be unstable and that would sort it out.
I ve done that now but still getting breaks in sound I ran a latency mon test and it came up with a driver which is causing the problem can anyone help with this kind regards

Did you also disable usb selective suspend.
Clarify what you did to turn off power management of the usb hub…you went through every device in device manager called usb hub??
Screencap your latencymon drivers tab sorted by highest execution.
