Where are Cubase default samples / loops stored and how can I move them?

I see a lot of audio files of loops and samples that come with my copy of Cubase. Where are these files stored and how can I move them to my dedicated sample library SSD?

Use the Steinberg Library Manager, it should be installed on your system.

All these files are stored in containers of the type *.vstsound. How you can move it to an SSD has already been described by @digitallysane

Is it possible to add my own non Steinberg loops to this window? or is only possible via Media bay?
