Where are my VST3 Plugins?

In the Dorico mixer my third party vst3 plugins don’t show up! Is this a matter of directory path or something else?
Thanks

Please do Help > Create Diagnostics Report which silently creates a zip file on your desktop, please attach it here.

VST3 plugs reside in specified folders, so Dorico shall find them all. Don’t know what happens on your system, but the diagnostics hopefully will give a clue.

Thanks! here is the file
Dorico Diagnostics.zip (779 KB)

According to the log Dorico finds following VST3s:

But I wonder where all the Steinberg VST3s are, that come along with the Dorico installation. Have you tampered with the Dorico installation and have deleted some files from the Dorico3 folder?

And in the Dorico mixer window, the list with insert plug-ins is completely empty, or do you at least see the ones as listed above?

These are the plugins that Dorico sees

That’s a pretty complete list. What are you actually missing? Did you mistake and mean “Where are my VST2 plugins?”
If that is the case, go to Dorico’s Preferences dialog, choose the Play tab and scroll down until you find the VST Plug-ins section.
There are two buttons, one is for editing the VST2 Whitelist, i.e. that is the list of VST2 plug-ins you want Dorico to load. Put each entry on a single line and put the name of the plug-in in exactly the same way as it appears in Explorer, just leave out the ending .dll.
With the other button you can specifies non-standard paths where you want Dorico to search for VST2 plugs.
If you edited and saved both, simply restart Dorico, that’s it.

Actually you are right! I followed your instructions and now everything works. It was the VST2 plugins.
Thanks
