Where can I download my Steinberg Invoices?

The receipts I received via Email contain no working link to invoices. In my online shop account there is no invoice.

Where are they? ( I need 2023, 2024, this is urgent).

In all other software applications I use, there is shop section in accounts where invoices can be downloaded, why not Steinberg?

The Link in the email is the only place where you can download your invoice I believe.
This is all handled via fastspring, not Steinberg itself. Therefore if the link is no longer working you will have to contact fastspring support for this. The Ordernumber should be in the email as a reference.
