Where can I find the "CTRL+D" command in the menu window?

I always use ctrl+D for duplicating parts but due to health reason I’d prefer to do it via menu window. For “menu window” I mean something like go file>edit>whatever with mouse only.

Hi, it’s under Edit→Functions→Duplicate.
