Where do I get my Cubase 12 Trial version redeem code?

I just downloaded and installed the Cubase 12 Trial Version but I don’t manage to open it because I can’t find the access code. I got a mail where it says that I should log in with my Steinberg ID but there is no request. It only shows that apparently I have got no license so the app closes and I can’t redeem a code in the Download Manager because I never got one! There is also no code in my Steinberg profile. It’s very frustrating…

I have downloaded and installed Cubase 12 with the Download Assistant:

But when I try to open it the Steinberg Activation Manager opens and I get this message without any possibility to proceed:

If I click on “weitere infos” I am forwarded to my Steinberg account.

When I check my licenses in the “Acitvation Manager” it only lists Dorico there:

So how can I activate my license? Can anybody help me?
