Where do I send a dump file after consistent cubase crashes?

Sorry may be an obvious question but I’m going round in circles as the my steinberg options for contact are not for technical support.
I have cubase 11 artist.

Could you be more specific, when this crash happened, please? Can you reproduce the crash, does it always crash?


The crash is in Groove Agent 5.0.30. Please, install the latest update Groove Agent 5.0.50 from the Steinberg Download Assistant.

If it doesn’t help, could you try to trash Groove Agent Preferences folder, please?

Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Groove Agent X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Groove Agent X_64

Thanks, hadn’t realised there was an update, it’s sorted the problem

Argh, unfortunately the problem has returned even after the update to latest version of GA5 - I’ve also updated Cubase Artist to DMP files from this morning attached
