It seems that Nuendo 11 has calculated and placed Peaks files of audio material I’ve imported into projects to the original locations of the imported files, namely a network drive where our sound effect libraries are. That’s not okay. Why doesn’t Nuendo create those Peaks to my local project folder by default? Where is the setting for this if there even is one? I’ve always Copied any new audio files to my local Audio folder per project - nothing in them is playing straight from the network location. That’s why I cannot understand what’s going on and why.
