I have two open tickets with support, one relating to an eLicense issue and the other Cubase 9.5.
The eLicenser ticket #453742 has been open for 14 days now since 3rd Feb and the Cubase ticket #455306 open for 8 days now since 9th Feb.
No one from support has bothered to even look at these tickets yet. If I raise a ticket with VSL they always respond within 24 hours.
Come on guys, this is a joke! can someone look at my tickets please?
