where is Variaudio in Cubase Elements 8

Where is Variaudio in Cubase Elements 8? I see the plug in “Pitch Correction” but don’t see Variaudio under “Sample Editor”.

Also, when I use “Pitch Correction” even with lowest setting “Male intermediate” correction, I hear audio shifting around left and right whenever a correction made. How to avoid/workaround that issue?
