I use Cubase 12 on MACBook M2 (Ventura),
I found directory; Applications > Cubase12 (Show Package Contents) > Contents > presets > KeyCommands.
BUT there are no Preset.xml file I saved and named in Cubase. what there stored are all basic keyCommands… (Logic…Cubase5…ETC)
I want to copy and store my private KeyCommands file to other directory, so I could use this KeyCommands file wherever I go.

This should help, the file containing them being named as Key Commands.xml in both MacOS and Windows versions.
Thank you for your reply.
I understand what you said, but I can’t find where the “Key Commands.xml” is stored on my Mac. I searched and followed some instructions on the internet, but still, I can’t find the exact location of the “Key Commands.xml” file. It would be very helpful if someone could tell me where the “Key Commands.xml” is stored in Cubase 12.
I use Nuendo but I imagine it’s the exact same for Cubase:
Users/(your username)/Library/Preferences/Nuendo 13
(obviously yours would be Cubase not Nuendo)
Hi again, @sollgleig
Excerpt from the link that I posted yesterday :
So, I reckon that in your case and as you have a MacOS based system, ithe path should be either :
[username]/Library/Preferences/Steinberg/Cubase 12_64/Key Commands.xml
or :
[username]/Library/Preferences/Cubase 12_64/Key Commands.xml
Can’t help more, sadly, as I have a Windows based one.
Hi, again, cubic13!
Thank you for your Help!. hidden user’s Library (Comm+Shift+.) was the key…
Now everything is fine
