Where the *&^%$! is the "Preset Management" Button?

Okay, I give up. The Groove Agent 5 SE manual is no help in many, many situations - especially if you are just learning the program (like me). Can someone please post an image, or specific directions, as to where the *&^%$! “Preset Management” button is?

The manual references it but does not show where the thing is (as far as I can tell).

I have a feeling that the Preset Management button is simply the diamond shaped icon to the left of the camera icon.
