Where to download Cubase?

So, I know that I can download via download assistant however, currently I am not able to because I do not have Wifi.
I need to use my phone to download the Artist 10 file at a local cafe.
I do not have a laptop, just my PC.
I was talking with the US chat service and they sent me a link with the actual file so that I could download Elements 10 with my phone.
It would be nice if Steinberg had the actual files (or links to the files) on their site just in case someone was in my same situation.

Any links are appreciated.

I am talking about the 21GB file BTW

Well, I called Steinberg support and I got it sorted out. They emailed me the link. I still think they should have it readily available in the Download section of “My Steinberg”
