Where to download dspMixFx UR-RT for Windows?

I have a UR-RT2 audio interface. I was doing research about recording audio from Cubase Pro to OBS (I’m using Windows 11 Pro), and a video suggests that you can use software called dspMixFx UR-RT from Steinberg to do so by activating the loopback feature, but I couldn’t find the download link of the software. The Steinberg website says it’s discontinued.

Steinberg provides the dspMixFx UR-RT software as part of the “TOOLS for UR-RT” packages for UR-RT2 and UR-RT4 interfaces.
