Where to set font for all lyrics in the score editor prior to input?

Hello. Is it possible to set a default font size for the lyrics in the score editor? I find that when I change the size in the text field in the score editor they always default back to a specific font size. it would be much more helpful if I could set this font and have all my lyrics use a set font without having to manually change them after the input. I tried “attribute sets” but there is no option for lyrics in the drop down

So I tried on the actual score settings text page as well, see here

You will see my attribute set in the “Set” field named “lyrics font” .This is a text attribute set I created and I loaded up here but when I click in the score to input text, this reverts back to a default setting

This is exactly the problem I have. It effectively makes entering lyrics impossible. It always defaults to size 18 font, bold, which means all the syllables overlap. If I select these lyrics and change the font, Cubase arranges the syllables and their attached notes in a jumbled fashion.

Once upon a time such a possibility existed. To be exact, Cubase 11 is the latest version which allowed setting a default font, which is a pitty for new Cubase users.

One workaround is to import your Cubase 13 profile into Cubase 11 and change the default font there. Then import that profile back to Cubase 13. I’m not sure of this though. I’m also tired of always looking for workarounds… The Legacy Score Editor will remain the best thing in Cubase.
