Where's the license?

The read-only thread says to go to: VST 3 SDK License - VST 3 SDK - Steinberg Forums but that’s a circular link… I’ve emailed Sternberg but only received an automated response… Where do we find the VST3 License we need to sign and send off to Steinberg?
