White space in lyric

Hello,

Is there a way to input a white space (“de à” under c sharp in the fourth bar) in a lyric as follows?

The example is taken from the aria “Je veux vivre” in “Roméo et Juliette” of Gounod.

I do not know French, but I assume that inputting “de_à” might not be correct for this.

Thanks!
I have only searched “white space”.
The expression “multiple words” is much better than “white space”!

Yes, the key combination for a hard space in Dorico’s lyric input is Alt+Shift+Space.

And on Mac, the combination is control + option + space. Though shift + option + space should also work, provided option + space is not assigned to anything is System Preferences > Shortcuts. I’m saying this because when I uncheck the option + space combination (which is assigned to “Select Next Source in Input Menu” on my Mac), I can also add a non-breaking space with the combination suggested by @k_b.
