Why Can't I find 11 Elements in my eLicense Control Center to upgrade to 12 pro?

I bought the “upgradeable” pack from Cubase 11 Elements to 12Pro and I am getting a message to finish activating it before the grace period is up. When I try to activate and upgrade using the code, there is nothing to select to upgrade. Am I missing something? I assumed I should have seen the Cubase 11 Elements to select and then it would upgrade after I clicked it.

Are you sure you didn’t get Cubase Elements 12 for free thanks to the Grace Period by any chance, please?

Well, this is under my “productions” page:

I’m amusing this means Pro 12 and not Elements right?
