It sounds so silly to ask… but I can’t find it in the ‘Project’ menu or the ‘MIDI’ menu.
It’s not even greyed out. I’m on Cubase 12
I’m also brand new so Cubase but not to DAWs. So I’m sure it’s something so painfully obvious that when I find it I’ll facepalm my forehead and audibly groan.

This is Cubase Elements, not Cubase Pro. If you have both installed, please make sure that Windows is set up to open your .cpr project files using the correct application. This can be done by right clicking a .cpr file.
The splash screen that shows up when you run Cubase says which version you’re running, so I’m not sure how you missed that.
