Why do Cubase move back to bar 1?

Hi

I’m really pleased with the 10.0.15 update but this problems is still present.
This is what happens: When I press the down arrow key to move down to the track below. Cubase moves the focus to bar 1!

I just checked here and I dont have that issue. I did this with Folders and with no folders. Loop always stays put and the down arrow is moving to next track and selecting the event
