Why do I always hear myself while using UR44?

Basically whenever I have my Microphone pluged in in my UR44 I can hear the input of the Microphone. This not only happens while I am using Cubase or any other daw but all the time which makes it near to impossible to have my microphone even pluged in while using speakers.

Open dspMixFX and mute the inputs there.

Thank you for the awnser. I honestly could not find the installer for it and the Tools fo UR44 didnt seem to instal it aswell.
