Why doesn’t your website have a “Search” feature? I have a plug-in that says its one of yours but I can’t find it anywhere on your site. Its name is Alpha3 and it says I need to enter a serial number. Where is information regarding Alpha3 and why isn’t there a search capability on your product site?

That is not a Steinberg plugin, and Steinberg products do not use serial numbers.

I think he’s is on Alpha 4. 
I figured out the LinPlug Alpha3 is a crappy free plugin that now needs a serial number. So much for a free plugin from a defunked company. Anyway, there should be a search capability on your primary product page.

You know, people aren’t obliged to help you at all, dmroz. They could have just ignored you and moved on. You might want to adjust the entitled attiitude.
I went to the main Steinberg page and looked under INSTRUMENTS and found no ALPHA anything, go figure
