Why is no one answering support requests ?!?

I have tried to file two clear and polite support requests in the past 3 weeks. One was more then 2 weeks ago the other more then 1 week ago.

I get NOTHING in return. WTF?

I only ask to unregister my dongle because I sold my Cubase license to someone else. Is that so hard to follow up on?

Should I file another request or WHAT? :imp:

Try sending an e-mail to info@steinberg.de with unregistering dongle in the subject and explain what you want done.
