I am a brand new user coming from Cubase SX. I am all for updating software, etc.; but I cannot understand why you have to alter what works! I cannot even find the mixer icon in AI 7! It took me a while to suss out how to colour my tracks. Ok, I’m not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to technology and software but why keep changing what works to something that requires going back to the classroom every time? It might appear a good idea to all you tech-heads but please consider the average muso/home recordist. Jeeesus. .

it all works the same…might be in a different spot but same crap. you will.get used to it…its a very good version of cubase. just go with the flow amd learn the new.stuff
