Hello all,
a friend is asking me to help with preparing a template for an instrument with very wide staff width, such as in the picture.
I had looked before at the thread Staff styles - #54 by lukaslanglotz, but this seems to still not be possible in the current version? Without some extreme work, I’m not seeing how this notation could be made.

What does N.G. represent?
It’s not terribly difficult to get to this type of setup:
Just use a l-line staff non-percussion instrument. There are xml files here on the forum, or just do a search as it’s pretty easy to add or repurpose an existing instrument. Then I added a staff above and a staff below.
The catch though is each 1-line staff will have it’s own time signature. If you use an independent open time sig on those staves with the additional time sigs, then you can’t connect the barlines. Perhaps someone else will have a clever workaround for that aspect of this.
