Like Martin above, I think most who have read through the thread now understand the problem but since it is definitely not normal behaviour either a video and/or a link to the project may be helpful to try and work out what is causing the issue for you.
Well, looks like this problem has spontaneously fixed itself. At least for now.
Now to work on the latency issue I’m having.
