I had C4 running on a PC for a long time. The PC motherboard failed in such a way that the whole thing is just junk. I notice the install CD for C4 is Mac OS compatible. Will it install and run properly on my new Mac Pro (OS X El Capitan ver 10.11.3)? If I download the Mac version of licensing software, and plug in the dongle that worked in the PC, will the license be recognized? Would this be a path to upgrade to version 8?
Also, have I asked all the right questions? Is there something I should know that I am not asking for?
