Once again I beg the always-dependable indulgence of these fora with what may be an obvious question.
I am writing a new solo piano piece, and when I am in Page View (whcih I prefer) I cannot see both staves (works in galley view). Same is true if I am writing a chamber piece with, say, flute: usually I can only see the topmost instrument in page view. Once I have written something in galley view and the staves are populated I can see what I need in both iterations. but then if I have say a long passage of just the right hand and this goes on for over a system my lower staff (or in a chamber piece, all the non-playing players) dissapear.
Anything?
