Will UR44C be compatible with 32 Ohm headphones?

Hello everyone

Im planning to buy UR44C but my only concern is that it might not be compatible with my Audio Technica ATHm40x headphones which have only 32 Ohms. Im afraid that the sound going from phones output of UR44C might be not enough for this headphones and result in colouring and I need as flat response as I can get for critical listening.

Did anybody tried this interface with low impedance headphones ?

Ok, I bought it and on my Audio Technica ATHm40x I have noticed slight colouring, but rather in a a beneficial way - bit more top end and more overall clarity. Of course you can operate only on very low volume level as it gets dramatically loud when cranked up more and it DOES introduce distortion then, but I don’t listen that loud on headphones ever, so its not a problem.
