Win7 64bit/C6 32bit: 32 or 64 bit CMC tools?

Hi All.
I just bought the CH and the TP controller.

I wanted to download latest WS for it.

I have the choice between 32 and 64 bit Tools for CMC.

I have Cubase 6 32 bit installed on Windows 7 64 bit.

What version should I download?

Edit as per an experienced collegue, HW drivers should always match OS (in ma case 64bit), bit as per read me the CMC Tools contain also Cunase 6 extensions…

Just for the record:

did a test install: 64 bit version needed even if cubase is 32 bit.
