Windows 10 and Cubase Elements 9.5

Hi -

I have Windows 10. After being instructed this morning by the telephone helpline to upgrade from 7 to version 9.5 in order to stop my computer going to a blue screen when I open Cubase - I have installed version 9.5 and the update. After installation I opened the programme and voila, it went to a blue screen and crashed my computer just as version 7 had done.

Please can someone help me?

Most often, blue screen doesn’t come from software, but hardware. Check all of your drivers are up-to-date, and trigger some hardware tests, please.
